John Pritchard founded The Pritchard Firm in January 2024 and is board certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in both state and federal criminal law. He graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2000 after undergraduate study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he spent more than two decades as a prosecutor, first as a North Carolina Assistant District Attorney and later as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, where he also served as the office's Tribal Liaison.
He now defends the full range of state and federal criminal matters, including sex offenses, and represents students in university Title IX proceedings.
